Vegan cooking

November 8, 2014 , ,

Vegan cooking follows a type of vegetarian diet that excludes all animal-derived ingredients, such as meat, eggs, dairy products, honey, gelatin etc.

Many vegans avoid the use of all products tested on animals, such as cosmetics, as well as animal-derived non-food products, such as leather, silk and wool.

In order to entice you to try out this diet, here’s 5 vegan dinners. Please note that when you eliminate an entire category of food, you must absolutely ensure that all the nutrients normally present in this category are found elsewhere.

Hi Richard,
If you subscribe to our lacto-ovo-vegetarian menu and exclude dairy, eggs and honey, you will end up with a vegan menu.
