Billing and Recurring Transactions Policy

Certain Products or Services are offered for sale on the SITE. Should you elect to terminate any subscription-based Service, you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to the termination date, including full monthly charges for the month during which you terminated the service. STI reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for Services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to subscribers. However, we will not change the charges for current subscriptions. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.

Refund Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of paid services such as subscriptions to specialized meal plans (e.g. diabetes, weight loss, etc.), and other services to be offered on the SITE, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. To do so, you must sign in and select "I'd like a refund" in the Contact form.

N.B. This guarantee does not apply to the Carb-Loading Meal Plan.

Privacy Policy

STI respects the privacy of all the users of the SITE and has a specific policy concerning the gathering and use of your personal information. In this regard, kindly refer to our privacy policy.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

STI reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of use without prior notice and invites you therefore to consult them regularly.
