Avocado Vinaigrette

This must be the easiest appetizer of all. Avocados are very rich in vitamin E and potassium. Go easy on the vinaigrette, bearing in mind that half an avocado contains the fat equivalent of half a tablespoon of oil.

Ingredients

1 avocados   170 g
1 tbsp Classic Vinaigrette (Recipe)   15 mL
  salt to taste    
  ground pepper to taste    

Method

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Pour the classic vinaigrette over the open halves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
