Avocado with Shrimp
Avocado and shrimp in a mayonnaise based dressing.
Ingredients

Method

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, a little salt and Cognac (optional). Add the shrimp to the bowl, then toss gently.

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the stone, then remove the skin while paying attention to keep the avocados intact. To avoid tipping, you may cut off a small slice from the rounded skin side. Place one avocado half on each individual serving plate.

Spoon out portions of the seasoned shrimp on top of each avocado half. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional) then serve.
