Buttered Snow Peas
Ingredients
MethodPrepare the snow peas. Wash, drain well and leave whole. Heat the butter and oil in a skillet. Add the snow peas and sauté, with stirring, 4-5 min until golden and crisp-tender. Add salt and pepper, then serve.
