Ingredients

1/3 cup whipping cream 35%   85 mL
2 tbsp wine vinegar   30 mL
  salt to taste    
  ground pepper to taste    
2 Boston lettuce, or curly leaf   400 g

Method

Pour the cream in a salad bowl, then whip it just a few seconds until it starts foaming. Stir in the vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, you may dilute the dressing with just a few spoonfuls of water. Add the lettuce leaves, then toss.

Serve immediately.
