Mixed Greens SaladUntil about 10 years ago, mesclun (also called salad mix or gourmet salad mix) was found only in restaurants and specialty produce markets. Nowadays it can be easily bought in supermarkets. It is simply a potpourri of young, small salad greens, most often including arugula, dandelion, frisée, oak leaf lettuce, mâche, and radicchio.
Ingredients
MethodWash the mixed greens and blot dry. Put them in a salad bowl. Pour in the Classic Vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper, then toss well and serve.
