Ingredients

3 cups Savoy cabbage, or green , thinly sliced   220 g
2 radishes, thinly sliced   30 g
2 green onions/scallions, finely chopped   30 g
3 tbsp Classic Vinaigrette (Recipe)   45 mL
  salt to taste    
  ground pepper to taste    
160 g tuna, canned  

Before you start

A mandolin will make slicing the cabbage easier.

Method

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage and radishes, then put them in a bowl. Finely chop the green onions, then add them to the bowl.
  2. Pour in the Classic Vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well, add the tuna, then serve.
