FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about subscriptions and plans

 

Are there hidden fees?

NO. There are no sign up fees, switching costs, termination penalties. Only pay for what you choose with no hidden fees.

 

How long do I have to subscribe for?

You can subscribe to our PREMIUM Service Plan for 1 month or 12 months, and to our VIP Service plans for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! While we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your PREMIUM subscription at any time right from the My Profile page: Simply scroll down to 'My subscription' and click on 'Cancel my subscription (stop recurring payments)'. This will be effective immediately and no further charges will be made to your credit card.

For VIP subscriptions, cancellation is possible until you make your appointment for the Initial Assessment with the Dietitian or Kinesiologist. Once you make this appointment, you agree to pay for the entire duration of the subscription that you purchased.

 

Can I change my meal plan during my subscription?

Yes! You can change as often as you want for anyone of our Lifestyle meal plans, at no charge. And of course you can go back to your Premium meal plan whenever you wish. To do so, go to My Profile and select the meal plan type that you want, under 'Customize my Meal Plan'.

You can also change for another PREMIUM meal plan, also at no charge, by asking us through the Contact form. The reason for our doing this change on your behalf is to protect you. Indeed, since many of the meal plans relate to a medical condition, we want to make sure that there are no contraindications for you.

 

Can I change my service plan during my subscription?

Yes! You can upgrade from PREMIUM to VIP at any time. To do so, call us toll-free at 1-877-570-1035 or 514-564-0971 (Montreal area). On the other hand, downgrading from VIP to PREMIUM before the end of your subscription is not possible.

 

How does the billing work?

For the PREMIUM Service Plan, when you choose to be billed on a monthly basis, you will be charged the indicated amount immediately. You will continue to be charged the same amount on the same day each month, until you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again, i.e. there are no commitments/contracts. Yearly subscriptions work the same way, except that you are billed in advance for the full year, and re-billed on the same day the following year, unless you cancel prior to the next billing date. Again, once you cancel, you will not be billed again, i.e. there are no commitments/contracts.

For the VIP Service Plans, billing is always done on a monthly basis, whatever the subscription duration. You will be charged the indicated amount immediately. You will continue to be charged the same amount on the same day each month, until you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again, i.e. there are no commitments/contracts.

 

Which payment options are available?

We offer three different payment options:

    • Pay here on the website (secured) with a credit card
    • Pay by phone with a credit card, by calling us toll-free at 1-877-570-1035 or 514-564-0971 (Montreal area)
    • Pay by mail by sending us a cheque, to the order of Sukha Technologies Inc., to:

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Absolutely. Credit card payments are totally secure, made by our California-based payment processor 'Stripe', through encrypted communication (https) and independently certified by Godaddy.com, as registrar. Since we started accepting credit card payments in August 2010, there has not been a single payment security issue.

 

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. To do so, you need to sign in first and then select <I'd like a refund> in the Contact form. Some conditions apply. Check our Refund Policy for more info.

 

Is my personal data secure and private?

Yes, your personal data is secure and private. We never share your data with anyone else, and we never use your data for purposes other than providing you with the service that you chose. Please see our Privacy Policy for further info.
