Here is the list of equipment required by the cook for working efficiently. It consists of appliances, accessories and household utensils that you probably already have in your own kitchen.

However please take a few minutes to make sure that you have everything you need before the cook's first visit.

4) Equipment needed for storing prepared dishes in the refrigerator

"Ziploc" type containers with lid (approx. 500 ml capacity for individual servings and approx. 1.2 liter capacity for a 4-serving size). Any other Pyrex, ceramic or aluminum dish with lid is also suitable.
