We take the hassle out of meal planning and cooking. Your weekly Menu will be built from our 670+ beginner recipes that use 6 ingredients or less. Most recipes can be made ahead of time and will last more than one meal.

All you'll have to do is to print your Grocery List and do the shopping. Once back home, check out your step-by-step Action Plan which outlines what to make in advance, what to freeze, what and when to defrost - we outline it all.
