Who said you should sacrifice good food in order to save money? We propose balanced and low-cost 3-course meals, using items that are fresh and always at a good price. You won't be wasting anything you buy, since ingredients are either used up in full in one recipe or used over several meals.

You will be able to personalize your Menu by adding or removing recipes. When you print out your Grocery List you will see all of the items that are available at a reduced price.

Finally, consult your Action Plan, which outlines all of the steps that need to be taken in to make your week of meal planning a success.
