This weekly meal plan features as many fresh local products as possible, available at your local farmers' market or supermarket, making it possible to "Eat Local" several months a year.

Add or replace some recipes if needed, and print the Grocery List before going to the Market.

Once you have everything you need, check the Action Plan to see what can be made ahead of time and what not to forget during the week, so as to save precious time.
