Menu EXPRESS

When it comes to getting dinner on the table, there's never enough time. This weekly Menu uses no-nonsense recipes that can either be made in advance and frozen, or prepared at the last minute in less than 20 minutes. This way, the food is ready when you are.

You may add or replace recipes in your meal plan as needed. Once you're happy with it, print your Grocery List and do the shopping: The list is divided into easy categories to minimize your time at the grocery store.

Once back home, your step-by-step Action Plan will outline what to do when, so as to minimize the time spent in the kitchen.
