Menu HALAL

This weekly Meal Plan is built from our 920+ Halal recipes, that don't use any alcohol, pork meat, pig-based products, frog meat, or derivatives of these. Gelatin is not excluded, because halal versions are commercially available, such as agar-agar.

You may add or replace recipes in your meal plan as needed. Once you're happy with it, print your Grocery List and do the shopping. You won't be wasting anything you buy, since quantities are calculated for ingredients to be used up in full over different meals.
