This weekly Meal Plan is built from our 1100 Nut- and Peanut-free recipes. And, like our other meal plans, it focuses on fresh ingredients that are in season.

You may add or replace recipes in your meal plan as needed. Once you're happy with it, print your Grocery List and do the shopping.

Once back home, check out your step-by-step Action Plan, which outlines what to make in advance, what to freeze, and when to defrost, in order to save time.
