These menus are built from our 1000 single-friendly recipes. Most of these can be made ahead of time and will cover more than one meal during the week. Meals that are not made in advance can be prepared in 20 minutes or less.

You may add or replace recipes in your meal plan as needed. Once you're happy with it, print your Grocery List and do the shopping. You won't be wasting anything you buy, since quantities are calculated for ingredients to be used up in full on one recipe or used over different meals.
