1/2 tbsp dried cranberries 4 g
2 tbsp almonds, chopped 18 g
1 cup almond beverage, unsweetened, fortified, for the oatmeal 250 mL

1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened 250 mL

Method

  1. Cook the oatmeal, then stir in the syrup (optional), cranberries, and almond. Add the almond or rice milk.
  2. Serve with the apple and cranberry juice.
