1 serving Gluten-free Oatmeal
1/2 tbsp dried cranberries 4 g
2 tbsp almonds, chopped 18 g
1 cup almond beverage, unsweetened, fortified, for the granola 250 mL
1 bananas, small 150 g
1 cup apple juice 250 mL
1 tsp maple syrup [optional] 5 mL

Method

  1. Cook the oatmeal, then stir in the syrup (optional), cranberries, and almond. Add the almond or rice milk.
  2. Serve with the banana and apple juice.
