Ingredients

2 3/4 cups snow peas   260 g
1 tbsp butter, unsalted   14 g
1/2 tbsp canola oil   8 mL
1 pinch salt [optional]   0.1 g
  ground pepper to taste    

Method

Prepare the snow peas. Wash, drain well and leave whole.

Heat the butter and oil in a skillet. Add the snow peas and sauté, with stirring, 4-5 min until golden and crisp-tender. Add salt and pepper, then serve.
