Ingredients

3 tbsp whipping cream 35%   45 mL
1/2 cup cream cheese   70 g
3 tbsp sugar   35 g
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed   1/2 lemon
3/4 cup raspberries, or strawberries   100 g

Before you start

A hand-held or stand mixer will make things easier for this recipe.

Method

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream. Set aside.
  2. In a second bowl, beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer. Fold in the sugar and lemon juice, continuing to beat the mixture until smooth and homogeneous. Add the whipped cream, folding it gently into the mixture, using a spatula.
  3. Portion out into serving goblets (preferably transparent), alternating the mixture with the raspberries (or strawberries).
  4. Refrigerate 30 min before serving.
