Easy to do. Never buy lite cheese. Make sure you buy appropriate bread e.g. crusty loaf or artisan bread. Good quality tomato. Easy to make and delicious.might try toast, or grill, add garlic or use basil instead of oregano. Good the way if was, though . Used lemon infused olive oil. Nice flavour.
