Ingredients

1/2 Romaine lettuce, or curly leaf 280 g
3 tbsp Creamy Vinaigrette 45 mL

Method

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce, then spin-dry. Reserve the outer leaves for another use. Tear the pale-green inner leaves into bite-size pieces.
  2. Put the lettuce into a salad bowl, pour in the vinaigrette. Toss and serve immediately.
