Before you start
This sauce requires a curing time of about 8 hours.
Chop the mint leaves, then
put them in a bowl.
Pour the vinegar and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then pour the hot
liquid over the mint leaves. Stir well, then
cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
This sauce can be kept up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
