Ingredients

8 small potatoes 360 g
2 tsp chives, fresh, chopped 2 g
1 tbsp butter, unsalted 14 g
salt [optional]
ground pepper to taste [optional]

Method

  1. Poke each potato with a fork in a couple places to allow steam to escape. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and add the butter.   2. Add the chopped chives and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
