Ingredients

8 small potatoes   360 g
2 tsp chives, fresh, chopped   2 g
1 tbsp margarine non-hydrogenated   14 g
1 pinch salt [optional]   0.1 g
  ground pepper to taste    

Method

  1. Poke each potato with a fork in a couple places to allow steam to escape. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and add the margarine. Cook, covered, at maximum power stirring once at the halfway point. Please consider the suggested time as a reference only, since the precise cooking time depends on your oven's power.
  2. Add the chopped chives and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
