Ingredients

9 Graham crackers, crushed    
1/4 cup raisins   45 g
3 tbsp peanut butter, natural, or almond butter   45 g
2 tbsp honey   45 g
1 tbsp water   15 mL
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes   12 g

Before you start

Suggested serving is 2 power cookies per person.

Method

  1. In a bowl,crush the graham crackers to make crumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients, except coconut, then mix well.
  2. Pat mixture into 8 cookies and press lightly in coconut. Serve 2 power cookies per person.
