Ingredients

1 cup strawberries   150 g
1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed   1/4 lemon
1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar   1.25 mL
1/2 tsp sugar   2 g

Method

  1. Hull the strawberries and halve them lengthwise. Gently toss them in a bowl with the lemon juice, sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Allow to stand 15 min. Portion out into serving bowls or cups then serve.
