Ingredients

2 peaches, or nectarines   300 g
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed   1/2 lemon
2 tsp sugar   8 g

Method

Peel the peaches, cut them in half then pit them. Cut into bite-size pieces. Put in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Let stand a few minutes.

Toss well then portion out into individual cups and serve.
