Ingredients

1 1/3 cup consommé (condensed)   330 mL
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed   3/4 lemon
2 1/2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped   8 g
1 3/4 tsp Italian parsley, fresh, chopped   3 g

Before you start

Chill the condensed consommé in its container at least 2 h before serving.

Method

Do not add any water, simply portion out the consommé into serving bowls. Sprinkle with lemon juice and minced chives.
