“Smart” fork to help you lose weight

January 11, 2013

An electronic fork recording when you lift it to your mouth is one of the gadgets getting attention this week at the International CES in Las Vegas, an annual showcase of the latest consumer-electronic devices. This fork contains a motion sensor, that can figure out when you’re eating too fast, warning you with a vibration and a blinking light.

Nutritional experts recommend eating slowly because it takes some time to start feeling full. If you eat fast, you may eat too much. Hence, this product may interest those who want to lose weight. It will be offered soon in the U.S. for $ 99.

As far as I am concerned, if you wish to slim down, I think you would be better off with our Smart Meal Plans for WEIGHT LOSS, which will make you lose weight gradually, while enjoying your food.
