The free Meal Plans cover one meal a day, 5 days a week. Each meal includes a starter, a main course with or without side dish, and a dessert. These are definitely healthy meals, but they are not tailored to specific conditions and obviously can’ meet all daily nutritional needs. See the complete list.
Premium Meal Plans cover all daily meals (main meals and snacks), for every day of the week. In addition, they meet all the nutritional recommendations specific to each condition.
