1 cup bean mix (canned), rinsed and drained 250 mL
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 15 mL
2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 lemon
1/2 tbsp Parsley and Garlic Base 8 mL
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 green onions/scallions, thinly sliced
