Ingredients

2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced 160 g
1 green onions/scallions, thinly sliced
2 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped 1 g
3 tbsp Classic Vinaigrette 45 mL
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]

Before you start

A mandolin will make slicing the cabbage easier.

Method

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage and green onions, then add them to a salad bowl with the chopped dill. Pour the Classic Vinaigrette over the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
