Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut butter, natural 70 g
1 green onions/scallions, chopped
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce 20 g
1 tbsp gingerroot, grated 14 g
3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 lemon
1 tsp sriracha (hot chili sauce) [optional] 5 g
1/4 cup water 65 mL
1 tsp sugar 4 g

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful to make the sauce.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Run until the sauce is smooth.
  2. Transfer the sauce to a bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until needed.
