Ingredients

1 serving Gluten-free Oatmeal
1/2 tbsp dried cranberries 4 g
2 tbsp almonds, or walnuts, chopped 18 g
1 cup almond beverage, unsweetened, fortified, rice, or soy, for the oatmeal 250 mL
1 apples 180 g
1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened 250 mL
1 tsp maple syrup [optional] 5 mL

Method

     
  1. Cook the oatmeal, then stir in the syrup (optional), cranberries, and almond. Add the almond or rice milk.
  2.  
  3. Serve with the apple and cranberry juice.
