1 cup milk, skimmed, 0% 250 mL
1 slice bread, whole wheat, toasted 35 g
1/2 tbsp almond butter 8 g
1 nectarines, or other seasonal fruit 150 g

Method

  1. Put the granola in a bowl and stir in the cranberries. Grind the flax seeds then add them to the bowl. Pour in the milk.
  2. Spread the almond butter on the toast.
  3. Serve with the nectarine.
