1/2 bananas, small, ripe, chunks 80 g
1/2 cup strawberries 80 g
1 cup kefir 250 mL
65 g soft tofu 1/4 cup
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 8 g
1 tbsp chia seeds 12 g
1 tbsp sunflower seeds 8 g
1 tbsp dried goji berries 6 g
3 tbsp blackberries 20 g

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful for this recipe.


  1. Place the banana pieces and strawberries in a food processor or blender. Add the kefir.
  2. Process on the highest speed until a well-blended purée forms, about 15 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container once or twice. Incorporate the tofu then pour into bowls.
  3. Garnish with the remaining ingredients then serve.
