2 tsp chives, fresh, chopped 2 g
1 tbsp butter, unsalted 14 g
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]


  1. Poke each potato with a fork in a couple places to allow steam to escape. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and add the butter.
