Ingredients

??? raspberries ???
??? sugar ???
??? white flour (all purpose) ???
??? eggs size large ???
??? salt ???
??? soy beverage, unsweetened, fortified ???
??? vanilla extract ???

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place raspberries in buttered oven safe dish. Sprinkle with half the sugar.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and the rest of the sugar. Mix and add eggs one at a time, then add the rice milk and finally the vanilla. The dough should have a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the preparation gently over the fruit. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until the top is raised, round and golden.

Observations

Serve lukewarm or cold.
