Ingredients

??? mayonnaise ???
??? hazelnuts, shelled, toasted, then chopped ???
??? sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed), chopped ???
??? fresh sage, finely chopped ???
??? salt [optional] ???
??? ground pepper to taste [optional] ???
??? grilled chicken breast ???
??? Saint-Paulin Anco cheese, cut into 4 slices ???
??? tomatoes, yellow, sliced ???
??? mixed greens ???

Method

*Bread chosen: Organic flax bread

  1. In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients together. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Slice two slices of bread. Spread both slices with this mayonnaise.
  3. Garnish with the grilled chicken, the Saint-Paulin Anco cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
