Grilled Chicken Wings
A dish that appeals to young and ... older «kids». Although, for younger eaters it may be preferable to add a little less cayenne pepper.
Ingredients
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the garlic cloves into thin slivers. Using a small, sharp knife, make 2-3 small slits in the skin of each chicken wing and slide a garlic sliver under the skin. Brush the wings with olive oil, then add them to the bowl and toss until they are lightly coated with the mixture.
- Cook the chicken wings on a medium grill or in an oven under the broiler for about 15 min, until they are cooked through and the skins are golden and crisp.
- Serve with lime wedges.
