Grilled Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients

2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1.1 oz
3/4 tsp ground pepper 0.1 oz
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil 0.5 fl.oz
8 lamb loin chops, 4oz 2.8 lbs

Method

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients into a paste; rub evenly over both sides of lamb.
  2. Place lamb on a grill rack brushed with oil. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. You can also roast for approximately 20 minutes in a very hot oven.

Observations

Serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
