Ingredients

4 tsp olive oil 20 mL
2 zucchini, spiralized 260 g
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 6 g

Method

  1. Spiralize the zucchini and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook 2-3 min, until softened.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
