When practicing one or more sports, it is important to know what, when and how much to eat - before, during and after our physical effort. This may become even more complicated when you need to feed the whole family! Here you will find recipes for 3 to 4 hours before your activity, recipes for 2 hours after the activity, as well as snacks to be consumed during your physical activity.

This makes it very easy to know and prepare exactly what to eat and when. All the sport recipes are tasty and easy to make, while respecting the nutritional constraints.
