Sports and Active Family Recipes

When practice one or more sports, it is important to know what, when and how much to eat - before, during and after our physical effort. This becomes even more complicated when to feed the whole family! Making the right food choices and healthy cooking influences our sports performance and also the pleasure one takes to train. Our menu "Sports (Active Families)" includes portions calculator based on body weight and activity level of each person, designed by sports nutritionist Pearle Nerenberg, RD. This computer is used with standardized recipes, that is to say having a predetermined macronutrient composition, differentiated according to whether they must be consumed before, during or after the activity. This makes it very easy to make the kitchen "sport". We created these standardized recipes so they are tasty and easy to make, while respecting the nutritional constraints.
