Ingredients

2 1/2 cups berry mix, frozen 300 g
1/2 cup lactose-free yogurt 130 g
2 tbsp honey 45 g

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful for this recipe.

Method

  1. Put the frozen berries in a blender. Add the yogurt and honey, then mix at maximum speed, for one or two minutes until homogeneous.
  2. Pour into serving bowls and serve right away as soft serve. Alternatively pour into a container, cover and chill in the freezer for at least 2 h before serving as ice cream.

Observations

Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
