1 cup almond beverage, unsweetened, fortified, rice, or soy, for the granola 250 mL
1 slice gluten-free bread, toasted 45 g
1/2 tbsp peanut butter, natural 8 g
1 apples, or other seasonal fruit 180 g

Method

  1. Put the granola in a bowl and stir in the raisins. Grind the flax seeds then add them to the bowl. Pour in the milk.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on the toast.
  3. Serve with the apple.
