Ingredients

1 peaches, yellow, or nectarines 150 g
2/3 cup strawberries 100 g
2/3 cup blueberries 80 g
1 1/2 tbsp cream 15% 23 mL

Method

  1. Peel and cut the peaches into bite-size pieces, then put them in a bowl. Rinse the berries, gently, without soaking them. Hull the strawberries, halve them lengthwise, and add them to the bowl. Add the blueberries.
  2. Pour in the cream, toss gently, then portion out the fruits into individual serving cups. Serve.

Very light and simple. Be sure to use ripe strawberries, because there is no sweetener added to this to counteract any bitterness.
