Very simple and tasty. A western interpretation of an Indian (Rajasthani) recipe.
Finally a simple recipe I can have. Although I have tweeted the recipe . I mixed the corn starch with the cold broth and heated slowly whilst stiring constantly until it changed colour. Then added the strained tomatoes and a pinch of bicarbonate, oregano and about two tablespoons of Oatly cream . I served it with two spray of olive oil.
