6 cups mixed greens 150 g
2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced 300 g
1/3 cup Rhubarb Vinaigrette 85 mL
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]
2 tbsp flaked almonds 8 g


Wash the mixed greens and blot dry. Put them in a salad bowl. Pour in the Classic Vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper, then toss well and serve.
